I am a customer service representative by trade, however, until this summer I was strictly sports-only customer service. Sports are something I can understand, I have a love and passion for... They are the opposite of my current customer service "situation", Dish Cable and Internet... aka the BANE OF MY EXISTENCE!
The only comfort I find in my day is sharing the rude, awkward, interesting, and aggrivating situations I find myself every day while attempting to direct the phone traffic at this small Cable and Internet service provider.
Please enjoy, and keep in mind that none of this is made up... I wish it were.
